Conditions for Returns

1. Eligible Returns:

  • Only defective or wrong items are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Returns for any other reason, such as a change of mind or personal preference, will not be accepted.

  • By placing an order, you agree to our return policy and terms.

2. Return for Larger Orders:

  • Orders containing 3 or more items are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

We strictly use email for all return and exchange communications to ensure a documented and smooth process. No other platforms (such as WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or Phone calls) will be entertained for return requests.

Step 1: Contact Us If your order qualifies for a return, you must email us within 4 days of receiving your product.

  • Please include your Order ID and clear photos of the defect/wrong item in the email.

Step 2: Verification & Address Once our team verifies your request via email, we will approve the return.

  • Note: We do not publish our return address online. The specific return address will be sent to you via email only after your return request is confirmed.

Step 3: Shipping You will be responsible for shipping the parcel to the address provided in our confirmation email. Please ensure the product is packed securely.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer two options for eligible returns:

1. Store Credit: Store credit will be added to your Riwaayat Sari account, which can be used to purchase any item from our website.

2. Bank Refund: If you prefer a refund to your bank account, a ₹250 processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

3. Exchange: A ₹250 exchange fee applies for product exchanges. Any difference in product prices must be settled by the customer.

Important Notes

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact for the return to be accepted.

  • Sarees with fall and edging or customized products are non-returnable.

  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Only one-time return or exchange is allowed per order.

  • By making a purchase, you agree to our return policy and terms.

Why We Deduct Fees for Refunds and Exchanges

We charge a small fee for refunds and exchanges to maintain the high-quality service we offer. Our team works hard to process every order flawlessly, and these charges help us continue to improve your shopping experience.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched.

  • Cancellation charges may apply.

Disclaimer

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes, the Surat Court will have jurisdiction over the matter.
